EDI STATEMENT
ReproNorth is committed to making diversity, equity and inclusion part of everything we do – from how we conduct our meetings and support our common research goals, to how we interact and share data.
Our community of researchers inspire great ideas, drive new and exciting areas of research forward and help make ReproNorth a fantastic place to grow our science. Ensuring we are supporting and promoting a diverse mix of colleagues who are representative of the diversity of our communities gives us the best opportunity to have access to a broad range of ideas, perspectives, and expertise, thus allowing us to really innovate in healthy pregnancy and lifespan research.
Commitment to responsible data sharing
ReproNorth is fully committed to the principles of open access to data where appropriate. In line with UKRI principles, all data generated from public funding sources, ReproNorth endorses the FAIR principles for data sharing (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable). Regardless of whether funding for research precludes the open sharing of data, all research outputs undertaken under the umbrella of ReproNorth must adhere to all relevant ethical and legal guidelines. We will work collegiately to support all members to adopt best practice for data sharing, within the frameworks of specific funders and employing institutions.
Commitment to open access publishing and data availability
